Located a 30 min drive from the Melbourne CBD, Leith Park is a thriving community nestled in amongst a leafy bushland setting. Leith Park is 500 metres from the St Helena shopping complex, and approximately 3.5 kilometres from Greensborough and Eltham. The village has its own minibus to transport residents to and from the local shopping and community centres.

Independent Living

Leith Park offers 140 self-contained independent living homes where residents can maintain their privacy and independence with the reassurance that help and support is available upon request.

There are 25 two-bedroom homes and 115 one-bedroom homes each with a laundry, modern kitchen, bathroom and living/dining area.

Affordable meals are available seven days a week for residents who live independently.


AGED CARE

Liscombe House is our aged care facility located at Leith Park.

These facilities are to provide accommodation and specialised care for our residents who are no longer able to live in an independent or assisted living environment.

Liscombe House is a bright and modern 81-room residential aged care facility that includes one respite room and a 12-bed dementia specific facility.

Each bedsit air light and airy.

The dementia-specific facility is staffed by carers who are trained in dementia care.


GARDENS

The gardens are a feature of Leith Park and are set amidst a canopy of native trees synonymous with the Eltham/Greensborough area. Our gardeners plan and expertly tend to the beautifully landscaped grounds and will assist and advise residents with their own private gardens.

The on-site maintenance staff respond to residents’ maintenance requests and ensure homes are maintained to a high standard.


Activities

The Leith Park community hall is the venue for a range of social gatherings and functions.

Residents are encouraged to join interest groups including the Activities Committee which hosts a wide range of activities and outings. The Residents’ Committee provides an alternative forum for residents to express ideas or concerns about their living environment.

A dedicated team of volunteers provides social support, which includes accompanying residents to appointments, friendly visits and telephone contact.
