Cleaning up the garden mound at Currie Park

Warm sunshine greeted Currie Park residents who recently spring cleaned one of the mounds at the entrance of the village.

Residents were helped by volunteer Julia Jones and Savvy the puppy.

The mound has long been due to a tidy up and residents were swift to get in to weed, prune and beautify the area.

There is no recognising it now...and as the adage says, all hands make light work.
