The two new developments at Leith Park and Rushall Park have been shortlisted for the 2021 Victorian Architecture Awards in the Residential Architecture - Multiple Housing category.

The two new developments at Leith Park and Rushall Park have been shortlisted for the 2021 Victorian Architecture Awards in the Residential Architecture - Multiple Housing category.

This is a thrilling result for everyone who is part of the OCAV community, and especially architects MGS Architects.

We thank the respective councils and communities of Yarra and Banyule and Heritage Victoria for their project support.

We look forward to hearing the result on 18 June. Fingers crossed.

Other finalists in the category include: 122 Roseneath St – Fieldwork, Church on Napier – Kerstin Thompson Architects and James Stockwell Architects, Irving St – BE Architecture, La Trobe University Student Accommodation – Jackson Clements Burrows Architects, Object 04 – Object Subject Architecture, Project 100, Trinity College Student Accommodation – Hayball, The Auburn Apartments – Splinter Society Architecture, and The Lothian – Kennedy Nolan.
