We need you!

February 27, 2019

This year, Old Colonists’ Association of Victoria is celebrating its 150th anniversary in many different ways. They include open days at each of our villages, the unveiling of a wonderful tapestry, and other surprises still being planned.

As part of the 150th Anniversary Celebration we are on the look-out for photographs and stories that most represent OCAV’s history over the last 150 years.

You may have a photograph of a significant moment, a special event that took place in the community, or a photograph of a resident, donor, staff member or volunteer who has an interesting story to tell.  We would love you to share that with us.

Please attach a short story to accompany your photograph (in no more than 200 words) about the photograph and its significance to OCAV over the last 150 years, and send to: Project Officer Penny Underwood:

Please include your contact details so Penny can get in touch for more information.

All photographs and stories will be published on the OCAV website in the 150th Anniversary section.

The apartments are beautiful, with lovely, open and bright rooms, and a balcony for growing plants in pots. I am starting to make my apartment into a home.
